"Winning isn't everything; it's the only thing." -Vince Lombardi

I'm getting a lot of new people to this blog over the last few days - and thus am going to repost the following to help them understand the LPIN philosophy on political activity and why it's one of the leaders of Libertarian political activity in the USA:

Libertarian Party of Indiana Political Director Brad Klopfenstein has two goals for 2006.

They are:

1. 10% of the vote in the Secretary of State race;
2. Elect Libertarians to local office.

As he puts it to me and others, "(a)nything that doesn't fit that criteria (is) off my radar."

Brad has his priorities straight, in my opinion.

I hope you don't particulary stand by your headline for this blog entry Mark. Libertarians know winning isn't everything, especially if it means principles are lost in the process. Always have to be mindful of that, don't you think?
