Libertarian Party of Indiana State Chairman Attends Indianapolis NFIB Legislative Program

I'm a small business owner (a law firm). Thus, one of the groups I belong to, and am getting more active with, is the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).

Yesterday, I attended their lunch program for their Indianapolis Area Council. Its focus was the upcoming General Assembly session. They had a very informational line-up of Indiana state legislators speaking in a panel format. They were Republican legislators Cindy Noe, Michael Murphy and David Frizzell. (There were Democrat legislators invited too who were not able to attend).

The highlight of the program was Representative's Noe's efforts to make it tougher under Indiana law for government to take private property and give it to another private entity. I wish her the best in her current efforts to mitigate in Indiana the effects of the perverse decision in the U.S. Supreme Court's Kelo case.
