I love the fact that Andy Wolf is speaking in front of a map of LaPorte County, at the Libertarian HQ there.
Every county party should include map study as part of their research. A simple glance at a map can tell you where districts are gerrymandered so that electoral competition is thin; you may find that a significant percentage of your support is coming from one part of the county or other, which there are good reasons for- and a host of other useful things.
Every county chair is entitled to a set of maps from the county elections board. Get them and study them. You will learn a lot from the exercise.
