Mike Sylvester, chairman of the Libertarian Party of Allen County, has been invited to testify Monday at the Indiana House Judiciary Committee hearing in support of HB 1010. HB 1010 toughens the standards in which government must follow before invoking Indiana's eminent domain laws.
Mike's testimony will focus on some of the abuses of eminent domain laws by the City of Fort Wayne.
