Libertarian Approach is Preferred Policy States West Lafayette Reader of Lafayette Journal and Courier

This is from yesterday's Lafayette Journal and Courier story on the proposed no smoking ban ordinance in West Lafayette:

""I don't think there should be a non-smoking ordinance," said Scott Jackson, 35, of West Lafayette. "I think there should be more of a Libertarian approach where if the clientele wants non-smoking, they'll force the establishment to go in that direction." Jackson's a non-smoker."

The article is titled Smoldering issue: Will ban make a difference to you?
