What: 2006 LPHC Golf Outing
Where: Oak Tree Golf Course on East US 40 in Plainfield
When: Saturday, May 13, 2006. Play begins at 1:00 p.m. with dinner at the Elk's Club afterwards.
Who: Anyone who wants to golf and support LPHC
Cost: $65 for an individual entry - $240 for a foursome
