Great Fun at Michigan Libertarian Party Convention

The Libertarian Party of Michigan Convention was great fun. I saw a lot of friends I haven't seen in awhile. The convention was in Chelsea, Michigan on the west side of Ann Arbor.

Rebecca Sink-Burris did a very good job with her presentation at the Small Business Initiative conference during the convention. There was a lot of interest in the Small Business Initiative among the Michigan Party members.

Scotty Bowman was elect chair of the Michigan Party, succeeding Nathan Allen. Nathan dedicated a lot of time and energy to the Michigan LP over the last year and it showed at the convention. A great line-up of candidates was presented and nominated as well as new officers and members of their executive committee. Good job Nathan!

Kudo's to convention chair James Hudler and SBI chair Emily Salvette and their committee for a well run convention and a great time.
