Here's the translation of the political doublespeak: How dare they attack my magnificant omnipotence - I don't care if it's constitutional - it isn't - if it was I wouldn't have "gamed" the legislature to give an almost impossible deadline to file suits on this and wouldn't have pushed the State's attorneys to ask for multi-billion dollar bonds just to get the case reviewed by the courts - LET THEM EAT CAKE!
