The Connecticut ACLU has filed a lawsuit on behalf of minor political parties against the new incumbent protection act passed by the Connecticut legislature. The campaign finance scheme will take away the free speech rights of literally tens of thousands of individuals in Connecticut. The Libertarian Party of Connecticut is one of the plaintiffs.
