You'll note that in a typical Republican move - Brainard's proposed Keystone project will undoubtedly require the use of eminent domain against small businesses.

You got it wrong again--the beauty of the plan for Keystone is that no homes or businesses would be taken because of the uniqueness of the design. How about getting the facts right or is that too much trouble?
