GOA endorses Sodrel but gives Schansberg higher rating

In a postcard sent last week to its members in the 9th District, Gun Owners of America (GOA) endorsed Mike Sodrel for another term in Congress. GOA gave Baron Hill a grade of D- (D minus), gave Sodrel a grade of A- (A minus), but gave Eric Schansberg a grade of A.

When asked about the GOA's endorsement and rating, Schansberg said "Mike is very good on the 2nd Amendment and I can see why the GOA would choose to endorse an incumbent who is solid on gun rights. That said, we're glad for the GOA's recognition that we're even stronger on the 2nd Amendment."
