Libertarian candidate for Indiana House District 54 Rex Bell received the following email today:
"So I'm driving down SR 3 just south of New Castle the other day and suddenly I am greeted by giant print versions of Jon Bell, Rex Bell and Mike Kole (and they're all in suits!) Anyway, the board is slick, easy to read and in a pretty darn good location (all important in billboard advertising). I did notice, however, that there were no pigeons on that particular board...just a coincidence, I guess!"
