This campaign season we have seen both Republicans and Democrats calling for property tax relief, with some candidates going so far as to call for elimination of the tax. Where have these calls been for the last 25 years as our property taxes have increased 100%, 200%, even 500% or more? Where will they be next year when we endure another 20% increase?

Only the Libertarians have consistently called for the reduction and elimination of property taxes, offering workable solutions through controlled spending and smaller government.
