Yesterday Rex Bell Tours Northern Henry County and Randolph Counties

Yesterday, Libertarian candidate for Indiana House District 54 Rex Bell toured northern Henry County and Randolph County. He reports that he met lots of voters, distributed lots of yard signs and even had one gentlemen he met tell him he's already voted for him by absentee ballot! (The gentleman will be going to Florida for the winter before the election).
