Ed Gluck, Vigo County Libertarian Chair, is quoted in today's Terre Haute Tribune-Star in an article titled "Councilman once again lives in his district - West Terre Haute annexes land of Robert Elkins and will reappoint him to council".
Ed's quote correctly points out Indiana law that prohibits redistricting in a municipality twelve months before a municipal election. And this looks like redistricting to me. Good job Ed!
