Past National Chairman Dr. James Lark to Speak at State Convention

Dr. James Lark, who served as National Chairman of the Libertarian Party from 2000-2002, will speak on Sunday, May 20th at the Libertarian Party of Indiana convention. Dr. Lark will speak on Libertarian College Focus. It will be at the Fort Wayne Hilton adjacent to the Grand Wayne Center.
