Cartoonist and satirist Peter Bagge's latest cartoon for Reason Magazine has the hallmarks of an instant "classic".
On a more serious note, I'm very worried about how our current government and nonprofit agency "feel good" policies promote and support predators who prey on the chronically homeless. It is the chronically homeless who really need our attention because of their mental illness. However, the "bums" make it hard to focus on these people who need truly need help.
