Still, that only brings the total number of candidates being tracked to seven. Does it really cost $1200/month to track seven candidates? Do we really want to announce that we only have seven candidates? How about taking the $14,400/year that it costs and instead of spending the money on a consultant we just give the money to the candidate (I know -- FEC rules prohibit it, but I think there are better ways to spend that money).
