Letter to Editor - Give Libertarian a chance to run city

One of the Indianapolis Star's readers wants to "Give Libertarian a chance to run city", pointing out that even a significant vote total for Fred Peterson in a losing cause would cause the Republicans and Democrats to modify their big government ways.
