Rex Bell, Wayne County Libertarian Party Chairman, reports that after the ballots were counted, Gayle Bond was 10 votes down in his two way race. This is an extremely close race, and all options are being considered at this time.
Bond is the Libertarian candidate for Hagerstown Town Council.
