130 Newspapers in Hoosier Press Association Advertising Plan for Political Campaigns
Indiana Legislative Insight reports in its January 1, 2008 issue that IPLAN (the Hoosier Press Association's discount program on political advertisements) will allow campaigns to pick and choose from the 130 Indiana newspapers in the plan.
