Doug Horner was recently elected Allen County Libertarian Party chairman to fill the vacancy created when Jennifer Jeffrey resigned.
Kenneth White was elected Secretary of the Allen County Libertarian Party in order to fill the vacancy created by Horner's election as chairman.
