Brown County Libertarian Chairman Appointed to Brown County Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals

Al Cox, Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Brown County, has recently been appointed by the Brown County Council to the Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals. Read more about it in the Brown County Democrat article "Local leaders vie for council appointments".

Al is pictured above in 2006 when he unsuccessfully ran for a position on the Brown County Council. However, by being visible and involved, both as a candidate in Brown County and by regularly attending meetings of Brown County government whether or not he is a candidate, Al has obviously gained the respect of the local elected officials.
