Rex Bell Elected President of Hagerstown Plan Commission
Wayne County Libertarian Party Chairman Rex Bell has been elected president of the Hagerstown Plan Commission. Read more about it in his blog article titled "Money isn't everything....honest...". Rex also serves on the Hagerstown Board of Zoning Appeals.
