We All Are Criminals You Know - And If You Aren't - The FBI WIll Make You One

Read more about how the FBI is encouraging child pornography and bad behavior, all while putting people in jail for being tempted to use a link with the word "illegal" in it, in the C|NET news article titled "FBI posts fake hyperlinks to snare child porn suspects".

The hallmark of a police state is that almost everyone is under suspicion of being a criminal against the state, and entrapment and other tricks are the tools of the trade. Has the United States crossed this line and become a police state? Jonathan Simon, Associate Dean for Jurisprudence and Social Policy, Boalt Hall, School of Law, UC Berkeley and one of his law students, Ashley Aubuchon, apparantly believe so and post about it in their blog, Governing through Crime.
