Here's the press release from the Wayne County Libertarian Party:
"Greetings Wayne County Libertarians and Friends:
Just a reminder of the approaching LPWC 2008 Convention. It will be convened on Saturday, April 19th, at 6:30 P.M. at the Jefferson Township Trustee's Office, located at 47 East Main Street, Hagerstown.
Along with electing LPWC officers for the upcoming year, we will also be nominating candidates for Wayne County offices in the November election, as well as nominating candidates for state offices to be considered at the state convention on April 26th in Indianapolis.
If you are considering running for office, or if you know of someone who would like to run for office on the Libertarian ticket, please contact me at (765) 969-0086 or lpwc@msn.com
In case you haven't heard, our very own Libertarian Judge, Susan Bell, will be addressing the National Libertarian Party Convention in Denver this May. Susan has graciously consented to give the Wayne County LP a preview of her speech at our county convention. Don't miss it!
And as always, anybody that is interested can join us at Welliver's later for some great food and conversation.
Hope to see you all there!
Rex Bell
Chairman, Libertarian Party of Wayne County"
