Judge Susan Bell Speaks Before National Convention

Hagerstown Town Court Judge Susan Bell (Libertarian) spoke before the Libertarian National Convention last Saturday afternoon. She gave a great speech and was very well received by the audience. Many Libertarians came up to her afterwards to talk with her. Here is a picture of her giving her speech:
