Lots going on in Wayne County next week with the Wayne County Fair. As of today, the Libertarians and Republicans will have a booth at the Wayne County Fair. The Democrats do not have a booth. Also, there have been several more candidates selected by the Wayne County Libertarian Party convention.
Here's the latest release from Chair Rex Bell of the Wayne County Libertarian Party:
"Hi again,
Just a reminder about our upcoming activities. I will have a "Rex Bell for State Representative" booth at the Wilbur Wright Festival near Millville in Henry County this Saturday from noon until 6:00 P.M. Stop by and say hi and have a pork chop.
Our LPWC booth at the Wayne County Fair will be open Monday, June 23rd through Friday, June 27th, 6:00 until 9:00 each evening. We appreciate help any time you can be there. So far we have volunteers for Monday and Friday, but are a little short for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Let me know if you can help out one of those evenings.
Along with Bob Barr for President and Andy Horning for Governor, the LPWC will have these candidates on the ballot this fall:
Rex Bell, District 54 Representative
Jon Bell, District 56 Representative
Cheryl Heacox, Wayne County Commissioner District 2
Gayle Bond, Wayne County Commissioner District 3
Jim Mikesell, Wayne County Council At-Large
Marvin Heacox, Wayne County Council At-Large
Please try to spend a little time at the booth next week supporting our candidates.
Thanks,
See you at the fair!
Rex . . . . "
