Barr will be speaking about "America's Leadership Vacuum - Sound Bite Policies in a Challenging and Dangerous World"

Former Congressman Barr will meet with students, faculty and the public immediately following the speaking engagement. The reception will be held at Christy’s Rathskeller on 151 W. McMillian Street. The Bearcat Libertarians will provide food and refreshments. A suggested donation of $5/student and $10/non-student to the Libertarian Party of Ohio is appreciated at the reception.
