Democrat Louis Mahern, Indiana state senator from 1976 to 1992, and representing the Kernan-Shepard Commission to streamline Indiana state government, will speak to the membership of the Libertarian Party of Marion County on Tuesday October 14th at its business meeting. The meeting is at Deano's Vino restaurant in Fountain Square and starts promptly at 7 pm.
