Although cold and windy, the Wayne County Libertarian's are at the Depot Fall Festival on Fort Wayne Avenue in Richmond' Depot District on September 27th.
The above pictures were taken at the Libertarian Party of Wayne County booth at Richmond, Indiana's 4th Street Fair yesterday. Unlike the week before, the weather was nice and sunny.
