Dale Purvis, Wayne County Libertarian, Dies at 60

Dale Purvis, Wayne County Libertarian and a Libertarian candidate for Wayne County Council in 2004, has died after a six year battle with cancer. Click here to read his obituary in the Richmond Palladium-Item.
