It is an honor to have been asked by Marion County Libertarian Party chair Tim Maguire to speak at his first meeting.
My talk will be on Robert's Rules of Order (it is very important that everyone has a basic understanding of Robert's so that meetings are organized, not too long, and the minority has the right to speak, but the majority has the right to decide). My talk will be no longer than 30 minutes.
