Libertarian City-Council Member Ed Coleman First to Suggest in Public that CIB Head Resign

Libertarian Indianapolis City-County Councilman Ed Coleman is the first councilor to publicly suggest that the head of the Capital Improvements Board resign over alleged conflicts. He also did so directly in a question he asked to Bob Grand, the CIB Board president, at a committee meeting of the City-County Council.
