Libertarian Sean Shepard is featured in an interview in today's Indianapolis Star titled "Trying to help dial back federal power".
Shepard was the Libertarian candidate in last year's special election for Indiana's 7th Congressional District. He is currently Communications Director for the LIbertarian Party of Marion County.
