Rutherford on Small Business Affront by Congress and President

Last Saturday I was a guest on the Libertarian Politics Radio Hour and talked about the cigarette "roll your own" affront to small business contained within the Highway Bill recently passed by Congress and signed by President Obama. Congress and President Obama must really dislike small businesses and really like big corporations. I will be a guest every other week (next appearance will be July 21st) during the first half hour.
