Does Senate Bill 536 make it illegal to possess and sell most cigarettes in Indiana?

I've taken a real close look at the provisions in Senate Bill 536 regarding "look-alike" synthetic drugs. It seems to me that a good case can be made that cigarettes with additives of any type will become a "look-alike" synthetic drug unless Governor Pence vetoes the bill today. Only pure tobacco products are exempt from the "look-alike" synthetic drug provisions. Click here for a wikipedia entry on additives in cigarettes. Click here to go to SB 536 and review Sec. 321.5. near the end. Click here to go to SB246, which fixes an error in Senate Bill 536. Here's a link to common definitions of intoxication which includes poisoning. Here's a wikipedia link on nicotine poisoning.
