The following Hoosier Libertarians are currently serving in appointed office as Libertarians in Indiana:
1. Mark Rutherford, member of Indiana Public Defender Commission, first appointed 2007, first elected chairman 2007. Appointed by the Governor of the State of Indiana.
2. Paul Morrell, Rush County Sheriff's Officer Merit Board, Chairman. Appointed by the Sheriff of Rush County, Indiana.
3. Danny Lundy, Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals, first appointed 2018. Appointed by the City Council of Mooresville, Indiana.
Update November 28th: Kelley Curran, Jeffersonville Urban Enterprise Association board, first appointed 2012. Appointed by the Mayor of Jeffersonville.
