Indianapolis Libertarian Party Meetup at the Keystone at the Crossing Borders Bookstore

Tonight I visited the monthly meeting of the Indianapolis Libertarian Party Meetup. Meetup describes itself as a web based organization that "helps people find others who share their interest or cause, and form lasting, influential, local community groups that regularly meet face-to-face."

Travis Cross is the organizer and is doing a great job leading it and making it fun. Unlike county meetings, which are (or should be) business and action-oriented, the purpose of the Meetup is to talk about whatever interests the group regarding the Libertarian Party. It's a time to talk philosophy, gossip and whatever else strikes the group's fancy.

The next Indianapolis Libertarian Party Meetup is at 8 pm on December 28th at Borders Bookstore.
