Tonight I talked with a long-term activist who is contemplating a run for the Indiana House of Representatives. He's already identified the issues that distinguish himself from the incumbent, he obviously has studied and analyzed these issues, he's identified sources of money - especially outside the Libertarian community and he has identified his achievable goals. It's now a matter of deciding whether to fill the next year of his life with this run, which he will do in the very, very near future.
This was a very pleasant conversation with a political veteran, who knows the ropes and knows what he needs to do to meet his goals.
