Fort Wayne Observed is a blog hosted by Mitch Harper. Harper was a Republican state representative in the 1980's and worked hard to try to keep the General Assembly from increasing ballot access requirements. It was not the "thing" to do at the time, but he did what was the right "thing" to do anyway. He ultimately was unsuccessful, but his efforts are still remembered and appreciated by the Libertarian Party of Indiana.
