Congratulations Due Our Libertarian Friends in Ohio For Their Significant Ballot Access Victory

Kudo's to the Libertarian Party of Ohio! They recently won their case in the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals over Ohio's incredibly early deadlines for their ballot access petitions.

Unfortunately, their constitutional claims against Ohio's strict enforcement of election law were deemed "moot" by the majority. However, one judge wrote a dissent finding their claims not to be "moot" and worthy of consideration.
