"The Richmond-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce will host candidate debates for contested countywide and state legislative races The debates will be televised live by WCTV and taped for numerous replays leading up to Election Day.
The District 54 debate between Rex Bell, Libertarian: David Sadler, Democrat: and Incumbent Republican Tom Saunders will be held at 6:00 p.m. on October 10th in Indiana University East's Vivian Auditorium."
