Rex Bell Published in the Muncie Free-Press
The Muncie Free-Press today publishes Rex Bell's article titled "Smaller Government Advocates Need to Get Off the Sidelines". Rex is the chairman of the Libertarian Party of Wayne County. Wayne County has two Libertarians holding office from partisan election races they won.
