Good Service at Indiana BMV

Today, in my role as a lawyer, I went to the Virginia Avenue Reinstatement Center of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

When I arrived, a friendly and helpful receptionist directed me to Chad.

I was helped by Chad. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He was able to quickly resolve my client's situation. He was able to answer my questions.

There was no wait (although there is a long wait in the afternoons because everyone seems to go there at once).

It's important to note when government does do well. Thanks Chad for a good experience.
