Indianapolis police are now stopping people from taking pictures around the City-County Building in Indianapolis. Read more by clicking here for the WTHR Channel 6 story.
Where can I take pictures? I'm not sure what law says where I can and can not take pictures of buildings.
Oh, I forgot - if it is in the name of Homeland Security, the law can be made up on the spot by law enforcement officers. It's kind of like how government cites "privacy laws" in order to refuse to give information on its alleged misdeeds. Don't question us as we make up the law. You must obey and we must be right because we are the government.
Just another reminder that it takes eternal vigilance to preserve liberty. Remain vigilant.
