Wayne County Labor Day Garage Sale

Here's the latest release:

"We are making final plans for the 6th Annual Libertarian Party of Wayne County Neat Stuff Dispersal Garage Sale.

Steph’s Café still needs 2 large jars of mild salsa, 2 cases of Mountain Dew, and 1 case of Caffeine Free Coke. She also needs cash donations for other menu items. If you can help out call Stephanie Bell at 489-5368.

Saturday, August 25th will be pick-up day. If you have something to donate that we need to pick-up, or if you can help with the pick up effort, contact Rex Bell at 969-0086 or 489-5363.

Tent and table set-up will be Thursday, August 30th at 6:00 P.M. We need 6 people at 17059 State Road 38 for an hour or two that evening. Again, if you can help out contact Rex Bell at 969-0086 or 489-5363.

Friday, August 31st is set-up day, when we put out all of the neat stuff. This is the day to bring your neat stuff that you want to donate to the sale, and hopefully hang around a while to arrange the neat stuff. Susan will start around 8:00 A.M. Any time that you give to help out is greatly appreciated.

Saturday, September 1st is the big day. We will open at daybreak and close at dark (Daylight Savings Time). Come and spend the day. We will need help selling, loading and identifying Blue Light Specials. Once again this year we will be featuring Ma Bell’s World Famous Apple Butter, the fine cuisine of Steph’s Café, and whatever we didn’t sell last year.

Sunday, September 2nd, we will open at 10:00 A.M. and close at 6:00 P.M. This is close out sale day, where shoppers can expect to find our deepest discounts on neat stuff.

Monday, September 3rd, we will put up the tables and take down the tents at 9:00 A.M., and spend the rest of the day reflecting on all the lucky people that found bargains thanks to our efforts.
