Klopfenstein Elected Vice Chair of Indianapolis Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals II
Brad Klopfenstein, former Executive Director of the Libertarian Party of Indiana, has been elected Vice Chair of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals, Division II.
Congrats. Is Mr. Klopfenstein continuing in his position as a lobbyist for the liquor industry? That seems contrary to Libertarian ideals and a potential conflict of interest.
As long as a person is lobbying for less government restrictions, and not special favors, I say go for it. I think most Libertarians are lobbying for less government. I know I am.

Jay, Last I checked Brad was not a lobbyist, though his employer may be.
Certainly there's no conflict of interest, but a lifetime of earning the trust and respect of the community.
