Amber Finkelstein, a spokeswoman for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and probably also King George of Great Britain (based on the nature of her announcement), announces that the Indiana Department of Environmental Management believes that throwing tea into the Wabash River in Lafayette, Indiana will be an unpermitted discharge that violates the Clean Water Act, is illegal, and can subject the throwers to penalties.
This sounds to me like the talk of the British Government in 1773.
